Delivery Information

As all our shipments involve international transportation, we have optimized our service system to adapt to cross-border logistics requirements.
Below is the detailed cross-border delivery information, including updated shipping fees and timeframes, which we recommend you review carefully before placing an order.

1. Cross-Border Coverage & Partner Carriers

Our cross-border delivery service covers over 30 countries and regions worldwide, with key markets including the United States, Canada,
major European countries (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain), Australia, Japan, and South Korea. We partner with leading international logistics providers—DHL for
expedited cross-border shipping, FedEx for standard service, and UPS for bulky goods. For shipments to remote areas (e.g., rural parts of Canada, mountainous regions in Europe),
we coordinate with local postal services (e.g., Royal Mail, Canada Post) to ensure delivery completion. Note: All cross-border shipments require customs declaration;
we will provide necessary commercial invoices, but duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Cross-Border Delivery Timeframes & Order Processing

Order processing for cross-border shipments takes 1-2 business days (extended to 3 business days during peak seasons like Black Friday and Christmas)
to complete customs document preparation and
quality checks. Delivery timeframes include both transportation and customs clearance periods, varying by destination: - North America (U.S., Canada): 5-8 business days for standard shipping; 2-4 business days for expedited shipping. - Europe (UK, Germany, France): 6-10 business days for standard shipping; 3-5 business days for expedited shipping. - Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore): 4-7 business days for standard shipping; 1-3 business days for expedited shipping. - Australia & New Zealand: 7-12 business days for standard shipping; 4-6 business days for expedited shipping. Customs clearance may cause 1-3 business days of delay, which is beyond our control. We will provide real-time updates if any issues arise.

3. International Shipping Fee Structure

Cross-border shipping fees are calculated based on destination region, package weight, and shipping method,
with no free shipping thresholds (due to high international logistics costs).
Specific rates are as follows: - North America: Standard shipping $19.99 (first 2lb), $5.99 per additional lb; Expedited shipping $39.99 (first 2lb), $9.99 per additional lb. - Europe: Standard shipping €18.99 (first 2lb), €5.49 per additional lb; Expedited shipping €36.99 (first 2lb), €8.99 per additional lb. - Asia: Standard shipping $15.99 (first 2lb), $4.99 per additional lb; Expedited shipping $29.99 (first 2lb), $7.99 per additional lb. - Australia & New Zealand: Standard shipping AU$24.99 (first 2lb), AU$6.99 per additional lb; Expedited shipping AU$44.99 (first 2lb), AU$10.99 per additional lb. Bulky items (volume weight over 10lb) will incur a 15% surcharge. Fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and you can compare standard and expedited options before payment.

4. Cross-Border Packaging & Customs Assurance

To withstand long-distance international transportation, we use "triple-layer protective packaging": moisture-proof PE film for the innermost layer,
high-density bubble wrap for shock absorption, and reinforced corrugated boxes with waterproof coating for the outer layer. Fragile items (e.g., electronics, glassware)
are equipped with custom foam inserts. For customs compliance, all packages are clearly labeled with product details, HS codes, and declared values (based on actual purchase amount).
If your package is held by customs, please contact our customer service immediately—we will provide supplementary documents (e.g., product certificates) to
assist with clearance. For shipping-damaged items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and damage for returns or compensation.

5. International Order Tracking & Special Notes

Once your cross-border order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s international tracking page.
The tracking system will update statuses including "shipped from origin," "arrived at customs," "customs cleared," and "out for delivery."
Please ensure your delivery address includes a valid phone number and postal code—carriers may contact you for customs confirmation.
Duties, taxes, and other import fees are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations;
the carrier will notify you of payment requirements before delivery. For cross-border shipping questions,
our multilingual customer service (available in English, Spanish, and Japanese) is reachable 24/7 via hotline [email protected] or email email .
